Tonight reminds me of
Athens. It was a rainy year in my house on the hill and fog will always remind me of those mountains. I like the rain because it causes me to engage with my world a bit more. Hoping for snow in New York this weekend! I hope all is well with you!

I love driving through rolling farm-land in the fog, then arriving at the Farm and seeing the cows grazing in the deepest green grass I’ve ever seen, with the chickens quietly pecking around them. I love walking up to the front door and seeing the bricks redder than I’ve ever seen bricks. I love looking at the white fog sitting low in the black trees and having it settle things in me...
